BY ALEXANDRE DUMAS
ADAPTED BY PAT WHYMARK & JULIAN HARRIES
Saturday 12 September
Escaping from the infamous Chateau D’Oeuf, Edmond Dantes becomes ridiculously rich and impossibly brilliant at everything and, as the mysterious Count of Monte Cristo, arrives in Paris (the capital of the world and much nicer than that smelly London) and plots his revenge.
Common Ground present Dumas’ extraordinary banquet of heroes, villains, pirates and princes, sprinkled with the their own spice-mix of lunacy, dodgy accents, songs and sheer daftness. Suitable for ages 7 and up.
