Tickets (Purchased via the Seckford Theatre)
If you cannot attend a performance:
- Up to 48 hours before the performance we can offer a refund for tickets, minus any applicable booking fees, although this is at the discretion of the theatre.
- Within 48 hours of the performance, if we are able to resell the tickets that you have available, we will refund these tickets to the card in which they were purchased. If we are unable to resell them then no refund will be given.
But please note:
- If we are able to exchange your tickets, you will need to pay any difference in ticket price. If you lose your tickets, please contact us and we will send you an e-ticket.
- We will resend your tickets to you via email.
Latecomers
If you are late for a performance:
- We will seat you at the most suitable point in the performance. This may not be until the interval. Late entry before the interval is at the discretion of the stage manager.
Additional information:
- Any postage and/or card charges are non-refundable.
- Ticketing offers issued, cannot be used against tickets that have already been purchased, unless expressly stated in the offer.
Accuracy
The information contained within the website and on printed media, is correct at time of going to publication. The Seckford Theatre reserves the right to make alterations where necessary and is not liable for any subsequent omissions.
Recording
The use of recording equipment of any description is strictly prohibited in the theatre.
Annoyances
For the benefit of your fellow theatre-goers please turn off all mobile phones, pagers and similar devices during the performance. We also politely ask that you do not:
- Smoke anywhere inside our building (including electronic cigarettes or other products that produce a vapour or smoke).
- Charge vaping or electronic cigarette devices within the building.
- Bring in or consume alcohol which has not been purchased from the Seckford Theatre.
- Make excessive noise that might disturb others.
- Fundraise, demonstrate or distribute/display campaigning material, without prior written agreement. Items for use in fundraising, campaigns or demonstrations (such as posters and banners) may not be brought into the Seckford Theatre.
- Conduct formally organised and/or publicly advertised events without prior written agreement.
- Ride bicycles, scooters or any other wheeled item (except mobility aids).
- Run in our public spaces.
- Sleep in our public spaces.
- Use furniture for anything other than its intended use or move it around the building, to ensure it stays clean and accessible for everyone.
- Sit on the floor or leave your belongings on the floors or spread across a large space where it may intrude on the space available to other visitors.
- Carry out organised dance or physical exercise in our indoor spaces.
- Bring animals into the main Seckford Theatre building, with exception of Assistance Dogs.
- Leave rubbish around the building. There are recycling bins available throughout the Seckford Theatre.
- Use extension leads and cables, as these can be a trip hazard.
- Use pigment (paint, oil, watercolour, nail varnish etc) for art projects or other activities, as they may cause damage to carpets and furniture.
Alcohol
The Seckford Theatre operates a bar which opens 45 minutes before the performance begins. The Seckford Theatre reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any customer that appears to be intoxicated or likely to become intoxicated. The theatre operates a challenge 25 policy to ensure that alcohol is only served to patrons over the age of 18.
