The Seckford Theatre opened in 2007. The Seckford Foundation, which funded the theatre, is incredibly proud of this state of the art building.
The Seckford Theatre reflects the commitment of both Woodbridge School and the Seckford Foundation to benefit all in the local area. The Theatre has welcomed local groups such as The Eastern Angles, Common Ground, Deben Players, The Company of Four and Ipswich Gilbert and Sullivan, alongside national companies such as The Royal Ballet.

In the centre of the beautifully kept 45 acres of grounds at Woodbridge School, the theatre was designed to seat 330 people in comfort.
The Seckford Theatre offers a top of the range lighting and sound system. It also has a versatile staging system, which can be adapted to the needs of each event.
The theatre can be used for many different events, we are able to accommodate; theatre performances, dance shows, comedy nights, music performances, lectures, fashion shows and poetry festivals.
We pride ourselves in the flexibility we are able to offer our hirers to enable them to make the most of our theatre and their event.
Our auditorium seats up to 330 people, including 4 spaces for wheelchair users, with the ability to change the seating configuration from end on to traverse, in the round or simply extending the standard stage to incorporate larger casts.
We are able to accommodate large casts by providing additional changing spaces on site.
