Car Parking

There are plenty of free parking spaces available on site. Please see the map below for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When Seckford Theatre is running the box office, we can refund or exchange a booking via TicketSource. 
The booking fee is non-refundable if Seckford Theatre processes the refund. The booking fee is only refundable if an event is cancelled or significantly changed (e.g., change of date, venue, or headline act) and TicketSource will process these ticket refunds.
We typically process return or exchange requests up to 7 days before an event, anything after this date may be refused.

When Seckford Theatre is not running the box office, it is recommended you contact the production directly using the contact information displayed on our Events Page.

Food & Drink

Our bar opens 45 minutes before the show. You can pre-order interval drinks at the bar.
We have a small range of snacks onsite at our bar. Hot food or any takeaway items are not permitted in our venue.

Toilets

We have toilets on the lower ground level. These can be accessed step-free via a lift. We have an accessible toilet on the first floor which is accessible via a lift.

Babes in arms policy

Children under 2 years of age may attend performances as babes in arms and do not require their own seat. They must remain on the lap of a parent or guardian for the duration of the performance. Regular ticketing applies to all children aged 2 and over.
